Registration FAQ

Can I register on-site at the conference?

There is no on-site registration for the conference.

When is the last day I can register for the conference?

The last day to register for the conference is March 2, 2018.

Can I register for just one day of the conference?

The conference does not offer single-day registration. Attending the full conference ensures sufficient audience attendance and allows attendees to make the most of the sessions and networking opportunities.

Is there a maximum number of people who can attend the conference?

Conference attendance will be capped at 200 individuals. One of the notable features of the conference is that it is relatively small, with attendance usually between 150-200.

How can I pay for my registration (i.e. what forms of payment are accepted)?

You can pay with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or check. As of February 12, 2018 only credit card payments will be accepted.

Where can I send my check?

Credit card payment is preferred but checks are accepted and must be received by February 16, 2018. Please make all checks payable to: Case Western Reserve University (CWRU).

What is the refund policy?

Cancelations received before February 2, 2018 will a refund with a $25 cancelation fee. Cancelations received between February 2, 2018 and March 2, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after March 2, 201

What meals are included in the registration?
Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and midday snacks for both conference days. The Wednesday night reception will include appetizers.
