Information on how to get help by email, phone, chat, and in-person.
Library resources are accessed openly by Case wired computers or by using the Case Wireless network. If connecting in any other method, please install, turn on, and log into VPN.
At the bottom of the KSL homepage, a green light says you have full access.
Your personal library account is accessible to you online. You may see which items you have checked out, when they are due, and renew items online.
Basic Searching Technique
Step 1: Go to the KSL homepage (library.case.edu) and under the Quick Links menu on the left sidebar access My Library Account:
Step 2: Sign in using the ID and password you use for all Case network stuff.
Step 3: Click on [number of] items currently checked out:
Step 4: Once you see which items you have checked out, you can see when they are due and how many times they have been renewed. You can renew items by clicking on the Renew box to the left of the item's title and then clicking the Renew Selected button.
If you reach the maximum number of renewals for an item, your online account will not accept more renewals for that specific title. If it is a Case libraries books, bring the item back to KSL and ask the Service Desk to check the item in and recheck it out to you. This will be done unless there is a hold on the item, which will be visible in your online library account. OhioLINK materials must be returned when you have reached the maximum number of renewals.
