Library resources are accessed openly by Case wired computers or by using the Case Wireless network. If connecting in any other method, please install, turn on, and log into VPN.

At the bottom of the KSL homepage, a green light says you have full access.

How to Ask Us for Research Help

Questions about your library account, book renewals, Course Reserves can always be answered by contacting the Main Service Desk (smithcontact@case.edu) or by calling at 216-368-3506.

  • In-person help: walk-in or by appointment. Contact your librarian for specialized and custom assistance. Reference hours can be different on weekends, evenings, when there are no classes, or during academic holidays.

  • ASKSL: Live chat. Can be found throughout the KSL website and provided databases. If chat is not working, turn off pop-up blockers.
