ArcticStat is a database of socio-economic datasets and statistical tables from the circumpolar region. Many of the datasets come directly from the official statistical agencies of each individual Arctic country.
The National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC) manages and distributes scientific data, creates tools for data access, supports data users, performs scientific research, and educates the public about the cryosphere.
The International Polar Year Publications Database (IPYPD) will attempt to identify and describe all publications that result from, or that are about, the International Polar Year (IPY) 2007–2008 and the three previous IPYs. The IPYPD is part of the IPY Data and Information Service (IPYDIS).
The Antarctic Bibliography (1950–2011) covers all disciplines related to the region including biological and geological sciences, medical sciences, meteorology, oceanography, atmospheric and terrestrial physics, expeditions, logistics equipment and supplies, and tourism.
