Spartan Reservation: Troubleshooting

Learn where and how to login to Spartan Reservation, and any troubleshooting when reserving.

"Your Account doesn't have Access."

If attempting to log in and you are denied access with a pop-up stating so, please email emshelp@case.edu to reinstate your access.

"I cannot enter a Group Type on my phone."

If this is your first time reserving through Spartan Reservation, you will need to make your first reservation on a computer. The "Group Type" search bar will not be available as shown below. After you've created a reservation using Spartan Reservation, you can utilize your phone from that point onward for future reservations.
