Session 1: Marketing Your Scholarship and Yourself 

Course Description

  • Getting the word out about your scholarship is critical in building your research community presence, and in strengthening your tenure bid.  In this session you will learn about various methods for maximizing your scholarly footprint and creating your online research identity with academic and research peer networks.  We will cover the use of Author ID’s and registries, research discussion and sharing hubs such as ResearchGate, FigShare.
