  • What is the price of the conference?
    • The conference rate is as follows:
      • Early Bird Student Rate: $40 | Regular Student Rate: $60
      • Early Bird Nonprofit / Academic Rate: $100 | Regular Nonprofit / Academic Rate: $140
      • Early Bird Regular Rate: $200 | Regular Rate: $260
        • Reguar = for-profit, or private/corporate organizations
  • Where can I stay?
    • An exclusive conference rate has been arranged at the Courtyard Marriott-University Circle (2021 Cornell Road).
    • Call (216) 791-5678 to make a reservation today.
    • The rate is $159 per night. A mix of singles doubles, and suites are available until booked.
    • Discounts may not be honored after the room block is full.

  • How do I get to the library from the hotel?
    • Courtyard Marriott offers a shuttle to the Kelvin Smith Library and other locations on campus if weather is inclement or you need accessibility accommodations. For walking, the hotel is a block and a half away from most colloquium meeting spaces.
  • How can I get around Cleveland?

  • Where do I park at the library?
    • The Kelvin Smith Library is located directly above Parking Garage 29 and has guest parking with prices ranging from $10-$15 a day. Metered street parking is also available.
  • Are meals included with registration?
    • Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and midday snacks for both conference days. The Thursday night reception will include light appetizers.
  • Can I get WiFi when attending?
    • All guests are welcome to use the free wireless network,"CaseGuest".
  • I am either traveling directly to or from the conference. Where can I put my stuff?
    • The Kelvin Smith Library staff will have a "coat check" available for coats or luggage brought to the library.
  • Where can I smoke?
    • The CWRU campus is tobacco free (smoking, chewing, and e-cigarette) as of summer 2017.
