Bulk Photo Scanner

The Scanner

Located in the Freedman Center Lab at Station #1 on the 1st floor, the Bulk Photo Scanner requires a checkout of a Freedman Center USB key at the Service Center Desk.

The Bulk Photo Scanner takes front and back 600 DPI (Dots per Inch) scans of 4" by 6", 5" by 7" , 8.5" by 11" and any photo size in between. Scans up to 30 photos at a time and can quickly get users scanning through a box of photos.

Alternatives: Our Flatbed scanner scans high quality flat images one at a time. Scanning time is dependent on resolution settings chosen.

Lending Policies

Available for checkout at Service Center to:

→ CWRU, CIA & CIM students, faculty, and staff.

→ CWRU Alumni, Public or Visiting patrons must complete the "Public Patron Use Form" before receiving equipment key. 

3 hour lending period.

Key MUST be returned to the Service Center.

NO bookdrop returns permitted.

→ Key MAY NOT leave the library for any reason.

NO holds on equipment.
