12,800 DPI Setting will not Scan
12,800 DPI is the highest resolution on the scanning software, not the best available to users.
For documents, select 800 DPI. Any higher DPI setting will be overkill. For illustrations, select between 1,200 and 2,400 DPI. Setting the resolution any higher will not get you additional data.
