Affordable Learning Ohio is OhioLINK's series of initiatives to lower the cost of college for Ohio higher education students by assisting our member libraries and campuses in identifying strategies for Open and Affordable Learning textbook and course material adoption, and helping locate statewide shareable library materials as well as open educational resources (OER) that are no cost or lower cost to students.

Ohio Open Ed Collaborative
OER materials developed through multi-institutional collaborations and available for many of Ohio's high enrollment courses. The courses have been divided into modules that meet the objectives of the Ohio Department of Higher Education's Transfer Assurance Guides (TAGs) and Ohio Transfer Module (OTM) guidelines.
OER Commons
Public digital library of open educational resources created by the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education.
Openly Available Sources Integrated Search (OASIS)
Search tool that aims to make the discovery of open content easier. OASIS currently searches open content from 97 different sources and includes OERs, open textbooks, course materials, etc.
Creative Commons Search
Search for Creative Commons licensed material available in Google and repositories including YouTube, Flickr, Wikimedia Commons, and others.
MERLOT
An OER materials search engine maintained by the California State University.
