From top to bottom of this section, change the information:

Pages: Only front side scanning is available through Adobe Acrobat. Continue to ___ for double-sided scanning. Toggle the right option"Prompt to scan more pages"if you have more than 40 pages to scan.

Color Mode: Change between Black and White, Grayscale and Color if autodetect isn't what you are looking for.

Resolution: Quality of scan that correlates to the amount of scanning time.

***The lower the resolution, the faster the scanning but the lower the quality. The higher the resolution, the slower the scanning but higher the quality. 300 DPI is a great middle ground.

Paper Size: Change to a specific size, or allow for the scanner to autodetect the size.

Quality: Toggle to Optimize the Image's quality.

Output: Have the scan either 1) Create New PDF, 2) Append to File (meaning: add to an existing PDF file) and 3) Save Multiple Files.

6. Load your paper if you haven't already.

***Remove all staples, paperclips or other paper-connecting-implements. Our scanners will thank you.

7. Click "Scan" when complete. The scans will NOT deposit in your file folder automatically upon scan completion. Users must move the scanned documents to their network ID file folder and remove them from the computer station before the weekly wipe.
