The Scanner

Located in the Freedman Center Lab at Stations # 3 & 4 on the 1st floor, the Bulk Document Scanner requires the checkout of a Freedman Center USB key at the Service Center Desk.

Our Bulk Document scanner scans up to 40 pages of loose documents at a time. Front scanning available is available through Adobe Acrobat, Double-Sided scanning is available through ___ and the scans are at a medium 300 DPI (dots per inch) scanning setting. REMOVE ANY AND ALL STAPLES BEFORE USE.

Alternatives: The Bulk Photo Scanner is designed for bulk, loose photographs with the ability to scan both front and back.

Lending Policies

Available for checkout at Service Center to:

→ CWRU, CIA & CIM students, faculty, and staff.

→ CWRU Alumni, Public or Visiting patrons must complete the "Public Patron Use Form" before receiving equipment key. 

3 hour lending period.

Key MUST be returned to the Service Center.

NO bookdrop returns permitted.

→ Key MAY NOT leave the library for any reason.

NO holds on equipment.
