Bulk Photo Scanner

Types of photos that can be scanned and how to scan them.

Scanning Material

BE AWARE: REMOVE any staples from photographs. Face up or down, the Bulk Photo Scanner will capture the front and backside of the photographs. The Scanner will scan 30 photographs at a time.

1. On the top left of the Home screen, click "Start Scanning."

2. A new pop-up will appear as follows:

3. Add your network ID (abc123) to the "Subject" line and checkmark the "Create a Subfolder for this batch of pictures." Adding the "Year" and "Month or Season" is optional. Once completed, click "Start Scanning" at the bottom right of the pop-up.

***This scanner saves all scanned photographs into its own folder within the "D: No Secure Temporary Storage drive." Users must remove their scans from this folder and place it into their personal file folder created at the beginning of this user guide. 

4. The Scanner will scan all the items. At the completion of its scanning, it will prompt further scanning. Continue scanning by clicking "Scan Next Batch." Otherwise, click "Done Scanning."
