In the Yellow Sun section of the Freedman Center Technology Lab, on the first floor of Kelvin Smith Library.
Each scanning guide lists what the scanner is best suited for. Additionally, we have a poster in the Technology Lab (replicated below) that assists in selecting the right scanner.

The length of time for digitization depends on several factors:
Setup is very important with digitization projects, as it keeps you from repeating the process. Be sure to check that you are scanning objects at the right settings and with the right file type as the output.

Look through the user manual and tutorial on the Research Guide (where you are right now!) to see if your question is addressed. Freedman Center and KSL staff can assist with basic troubleshooting. Come by during open lab times or stop by the Service Center. We cannot scan materials for you.
We do not recommend this and cannot guarantee the files will still be available. Computers are wiped regularly.
