Google Web Search

Google is the most popular search engine in the world, so it's probably pretty familiar to you! Google pulls results from all over the internet which can include social media, magazines, newspapers, blogs, videos, and more. These results can be a great introduction to a topic, especially if it's unfamiliar to you, but they can also be overwhelming! Google also doesn't necessarily verify the information it presents. Doing a Google search can be a great way to learn more about a topic, gather relevant keywords, and start brainstorming what questions you have, but be careful using results from Google in your academic research.
