The CWRU Libraries have implemented OpenAthens as a new authentication method for library resources.
Access to most library resources will now be routed through CWRU Single Sign-On (SSO). VPN is still required for remote access to some library resources.

Library Introduction for SAGES First Seminar

Welcome to the Kelvin Smith Library

Working with your instructor, you've had a session at KSL during which we've given you a short introduction to the kinds of resources you have available to you here at Case Western Reserve University.  We've also talked a little bit about how academic research is done, whether a scholar is writing a paper on the poetry of Dante or the application of nanotechnology in biomedical engineering.

This online guide serves as a holding place for many of the tools we discuss during our class sessions- from reference books to online full text journal articles, from statistical resources to physical properties of materials.  We want this session to give you an overview of the kinds of resources we offer, and for this guide to point you to some of the most popular and important ones.

Use the tabs above to find resources in each of the categories!
