  • The best method is to follow links from the library website.
  • When logged in and a browser window is not closed, access should continue from resource to resource.

Item types by location

KSL 1st Floor Kulas Music Reference = mref
In general, reference items do not circulate. Exceptions can be made for music faculty with a CWRU ID. Adjust the due date according to the faculty member's need, but no longer than the length of a semester.

KSL 1st Floor Kulas Music Scores = mcir

Scores with the label pre-fix Lge are shelved with regular scores, and both should have location mcir; however, the location code mlges is used in Sierra for extra-oversize scores (folios) that need to lay flat. Folio scores live in the oak-colored cabinet across from music books (behind the sort room) and are labeled with the pre-fix Case X.
